Each page (story post) should be marked published/unpublished/never to be published and maybe more statuses. So I can have invisible posts between published posts.
I want it to be invisible so page number cannot be same as place in db in that case.

Merged with scheduled, because then we can just put a timestamp in a column "public" and figure out page number based on order and if it's visible or not
